NC Spot Festival Wine Application


 Dear Wine Vendor:

 You are invited to submit an application for the NC Spot Festival to be held on September 26th-27th, 2009 . The festival will be held in Hampstead on Hwy 17.

 There will be a limited number of wine vendors. You will be responsible to contact the Pender County ABC board to obtain any Temporary Liquor Permits.

Festival Hours/Date: September 26th – 27th, 2009

                                    Show hours are Saturday 10:00am – 9:00pm .

                                                              Sunday 10:00am – 5:00pm  

                                    Wine vendor early set-up: Friday 25th from 3:00pm to 7:00pm

 

Vendor will provide:             All necessary items to operate their booth, including Ice.  

Power Requirements:           Minimal power, if required, will be provided.  

Enclose the following items with your application: Deadline is August 8th.  

1) A copy of your current General and Product Liability insurance policy with a

    minimum of $500,000 limit.  

2) A Check made payable to: NC Spot Festival. Checks will be returned to unaccepted

   vendors.  

3) A current photo of your booth and set up.  

All vehicles must be removed from the field by 9:30 am on Saturday and Sunday.  

                              No vehicles will be allowed on the field until 5:00 pm on Sunday.
