Food Vendors
You are invited to submit an application for the NC Spot Festival to be held the weekend of September 29, (10am-9pm), - September 30, (10am-5pm) 2012. Vendors please make a note if you have changed your menu or electrical needs from last year and the application requirements listed below. The festival will be held in Hampstead on Hwy17.
Registration fee is $350. The fee for food vendors whose items sell for less than $4.75 will be $175. There will be no refunds after you are accepted. Please specify the length and depth of your set up. Trailers please include the tongue in the overall length. Water, and gray water disposal will be provided. If you need power we will have a generator available for a nominal fee. You will need to bring your own electrical cords (150’ minimum), 100 feet of food grade water hose, three way hose connector, back flow preventer and all equipment necessary to obtain a permit. You will be responsible to contact the Pender County Health Department to obtain a Temporary Food Stand Permit.
